Its place in the ecosystem

What it houses

The foundation is the umbrella for Cocreate Earth, Startup.Earth, I Am The Earth, and the Cocreate Earth Network.

The institutional anchor

Cocreate Earth Foundation (Stichting Cocreate Earth) is a Dutch non-profit foundation. It exists to give public-interest legitimacy to work that needs it: applying for grants, forming institutional partnerships, and publishing research in service of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Its mission is collaborative Earth stewardship — the conviction that governed, collective intelligence can help humanity collaborate better on the hardest shared problems.

A home for several ventures

The foundation is the legal and institutional umbrella for a family of purpose-driven and ecological ventures:

  • Cocreate Earth — collaborative intelligence for sustainable development.
  • Startup.Earth — building and supporting ecologically grounded ventures.
  • I Am The Earth — public engagement and community around planetary stewardship.
  • Cocreate Earth Network — a community of practice across AI governance and the SDGs.

Distinct from the Cocreate Earth initiative

This is the site of the Foundation — the institutional stichting. It is distinct from the Cocreate Earth initiative’s own presence at cocreate.earth, which speaks for the venture rather than the legal entity that houses it.
