Evidence first

How we work
Evidence before aspiration. Governance before scale. Capability before claims.

Collaborative intelligence only serves the public interest when it is accountable. Provenance, oversight, and clear decision rights are built in, not bolted on.
Each activity passes a readiness gate before it activates, so the foundation's institutional weight is only ever placed behind work that can stand up to scrutiny.
Many mission-driven organisations lead with aspiration. Cocreate Earth Foundation deliberately does the opposite. Its thesis — that governed AI collective intelligence can upgrade humanity’s capacity to collaborate on sustainable development — is something to be demonstrated, not asserted.
The foundation moves from monitoring to action only when the evidence exists: delivered work with complete provenance, a published methodology, and a specific, well-matched opportunity. Until then, its footprint stays light and its claims stay honest.
Collaborative intelligence earns public trust through accountability. The foundation’s work inherits the ecosystem’s governance: traceable decisions, human oversight, and transparent reasoning. This is what makes the difference between a slogan and a system.
Everything the foundation does is framed by the Sustainable Development Goals — and especially SDG 17, partnership for the goals. Collaboration is not a by-product of the work; it is the work.
